Science says Power naps are good for you

 

I need a nap.

Keep in mind I typically need a nap come Friday afternoon anyway but at least now I won’t have to feel guilty about it.

It seems their is some strong science to back up the notion that naps are good for you. Keep in mind we are talking about a 30 minute power nap to restore the damage of a poor nights sleep. This isn’t suggesting that you can nap your way through life but on occasion it’s pretty good for you. Specifically these naps affect the chemicals in your brain.
